What StitchMonk will not do
We do not take a cut of your sales
A store builder charging 2.5% on ₹4.5 lakh of monthly sales takes ₹11,250. Growth is ₹1,499, whatever you sell.
We do not mark up your messages
WhatsApp runs on your own account. Meta charges you their rate directly, and we never add to it.
AI proposes, you decide
Nothing is sent to a customer, priced, ordered or refunded by a model. Every suggestion waits for you to press the button.
We never store your card details
Payments go through the gateway. A payment counts when the gateway says so, never because a browser said it did.
Questions
- Do I need a website?
- No. Every shop gets a storefront with a cart and a checkout at a link you can paste into a chat. A custom domain is there on Growth if you want one.
- Whose WhatsApp number is it?
- Yours. You connect it through Meta's own dialog, the access token is encrypted, and you can disconnect it whenever you like. Meta bills your account for messages at their published rate.
- What does the AI cost?
- Each plan includes credits — 150 a month on Starter, 600 a month on Growth. A drafted reply is 2, reading an order out of a chat is 1, an edited photograph is 4. Top-up packs start at ₹99 and never expire.
- Can I bring my existing products?
- Yes. Import a spreadsheet, or pick the photographs off your phone and type the prices in a grid.
- What happens to my data?
- It is yours and it is exportable. Your shop's records are isolated in the database itself, not by a filter somebody could forget to write.
